I've been photographing models ever since I started taking photography seriously in my teens. Models, unlike portrait clients, are very used to being photographed and if anything, the tricky bit is getting them beyond the poses they've done a million times before and capturing something different. For many years, I have run model shoots where groups of photographers come along to take pictures of models under my guidance. These events have always been imagined, planned, styled and lit (not to mention the ideal model selected) by myself. I'm still occasionally asked to photograph fashion for designers (or retailers) and I enjoy these very much, especially when the brief is a bit more creative.

For this gallery, I have only selected images from my workshops and some shoots for designers. Obviously, I also work with models for advertising and editorial shoots.
